After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days.     Our customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, so for whatever reason you wish to return a Beach Haus Interiors item, we will happily accept returns with the exceptions noted below.

    For all returns (excluding damaged, missing or incorrect items), please contact our Customer Care team at enquiries@beachhausinteriors.com within 14 days of your delivery.  Returned merchandise must be in original, unused condition, and accompanied by the original Beach Haus Interiors packing slip.
